Conceptually, the building seeks to combine a liberal provision of floor space per student with the elements of functionality. Construction – wise, it combines extensiveness with aesthetics. In relation to its exterior, it utilizes a maximum of sunlight and natural ventilation. Every infrastructural facility is provided for a particular set of purposes by their very nature. Requirements and expectations in this regard keep changing; but Magna’s basic approach and commitment to fulfilling the requirements would endure.
